Stellar has a background in law enforcement, is from London and has been teaching in Singapore. Stellar Creations has enabled the opportunity to combine her community work, diverse experiences, with her love of art and literature. The creator of Tuli, community projects and outreach work.

Jean-Pascal Barbe

An investigator with a wide range of specialist knowledge and a tech enthusiast. Jean-Pascal is a serving sergeant in the Metropolitan Police force and has embarked on countless youth projects. Passionate about education and enabling tech to enhance learning, Jean-Pascal works on all tech innovation and developments.
